Shipping Country:
We currently ships small and medium sized orders by international logistics companies, mainly by EMS, UPS and TNT. We ship to most of the countries worldwide.

According to passage of customs inspection,we normally dispatch by EMS,If you require to receive in shorter days, we are able to dispatch by TNT,UPS or DHL. However, the total charge will Increase by 20-25 usa dollars for your order!If the parcels can not reach your country by EMS,we will choose TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS. But you still need to pay the extra 20-25 usd delivery charge.

Shipping Time:
Before placing order and finishing payment before 16:00PM, we will dispatch the products within 6 hours.Otherwise,dispatch within 24 hours. We will contact you immediately by email if the products are out of stock and you have to exchange product or choose to refund;

Our products are normally delivered at 16:00PM(beijing time) every working day, from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. You will receive an email from us when the product is sent. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages which should be the same as the one from the website . Please check your junk box if you can't get it. After receiving the email after 24 hours, you are able to check the number online.

Receive parcels time:
The total delivery time consists of processing time and transporting time. The processing time starts from when we see your finished payment til we finish packaging. This takes approximately 1 to 2 working days. The transporting time starts from when it is delivered from us to your destination country. Delivery times may vary depending on different destinations.

The delivery to USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia，Italy, France, Germany ,etc will usually costs 6-8 working days from the date we send.

Holland, Africa, South and Central America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East and others will be delivered within 10-12 working days from the date we send.

If you prefer UPS,TNT or DHL,it will be much faster! That's around 3-4 working days for all countries

1. Some packages may REQUIRE FOR A SIGNATURE and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if there is no one at the address during the appointed delivery time. 'Cristing.com' is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the absent signiture. It is internal Fraud Prevention policies, or the policies of the shipping carrier(s).
2. Credit card authorization and verification must be prior to processing.
3. We have the right to hold orders for review.
4. We keep the right to cancel orders if information of payment cannot be verified.

PARCEL ARRANGEMENT

The parcel will be declared as gift, value below USD 50. Details please refer to the following pictures

Your parcel will be sent to your door. And you will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number, you can track your oder. Please allow 5-8 working days for delivery of your parcel. And the tracking number may take up to 2 days for updating the status. Please make sure you have input the correct shipping address and contact number for us. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address and the tax charged on your package. Quality of delivery is guaranteed. Reshipment will be done for you if the package is lost during the progress of transportation.
